  • reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access with third parties,

  • publishing, redistributing, or making the products publicly available in any form.

Indicators are provided in protected format (invite-only on TradingView).
Any attempt to bypass protections, duplicate our products, or replicate the innovative “historical probability data integration” concept without permission will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to a DMCA takedown or legal action.

2.5 Protection of Innovative Concept

Herman Trading is the original creator of statistical-based TradingView indicators that integrate external backtest results directly into the TradingView user interface.
Examples include the London Probability Map, New York Probability Map.

This unique concept — combining long-term backtested data with real-time TradingView visualization — is a proprietary innovation of Herman Trading.
Any unauthorized copying, replication, or imitation of this idea or its implementation will be treated as an infringement of intellectual property rights.2.6 Limitation of Liability
